The apartments are nice and the people that work there are great. You can't go wrong.

The staff is awesome! STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. But Parking is NOT GOOD. There are not enough spaces.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer care I received when I visited Ridgeview Place Apartments last week. I am not moving until late this fall but they treated me with such respect and care that I will most definitely be back to put down my deposit. It is amazing how poorly I was treated by a lot of the other local properties I visited. Once they learned I was not moving immediately they completely lost interest in me, but not Ridgeview. What a great crew!

when my dishwasher broke the maitenence team quickly came in a gave me a new dishwasher within 24hrs. they even worked on a sat afternoon to put it in. I was very suprised and thankful!!

I am crazy happy with my apartment, my friends and my wonderful ARMY husband who moved us here to our first apartment together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!

We are happy to have found Ridgeview! It was an accident really, I was just playing around on Craigs list and found them. I have not seen another property with as many amenities and priced so well. the office staff was extremely nice and helpful and we have already joined a few of the social groups they have here. Very well organized and professional operation here!

Nice place, but utilities are too high. Try to get lowered rent to make up for it.

The 3 years i lived at Ridgeview, I had absolutely no problems. I have lived at other apartments where it was nothing but a hassle. The few times i had a problem with something, the maintenance guys fixed it right away. I never had a problem with anyone else that lived there. If I wasn't being transferred I would of definitely stayed.

I am pretty happy here. It is relatively inexpensive and I have never had any problems.

I have lived here for 2 years and have been overall very happy. The staff is great and lately seems to be very interested in the level of happiness the residents here have. I have said it time ad time again, people do not know how to park here. I constantly have issues with people parking in handicapped spaces that have no tags and I have had to have 3 card towed from my reserved space. Form what I hear only a few buildings have this issue, so make sure you ask which building you will be moving into. If you are in a good parking building them I am sure you will be very happy here.

I just moved in and everything went right for the first time in all my rental history. My paperwork was done 2 days before my move in date, my keys were ready, I had a move in present waiting for me and best of all - NO maintenance issues with the apartment. None. That has NEVER happened. To top it off, 2 days after my move in the manager called to see how my move was going. The customer service here is the best I have experienced which means a lot.

My son is a student at UCCS and lives at Ridgeview with his roommate. We were very happy with the ease at which we leased the apartment, moved him in, and are happy with his living experience so far. They have a top notch management team that really has their act together. I am glad that we found and chose this property.

I would tell apartment shoppers that Ridge View Place has a very friendly staff that really is customer service oriented. I have lived in many apartments and have noticed that in general leasing agents seem to be listless and managers tend to mean as all get out. Not here, the staff is really nice and always helpful. The apartments are nice and I think the maintenance staff has been there for nearly 10 years or so. They definitely take care of the apartments and fix what needs to be. I have referred 3 friends here and would tell you all the same. It's a good place to live.
